Who We Are

Our Mission

Recruiting from, Training for, Deploying Workers into the Harvest

Jesus left us with the commission in Matthew 28:18-20 to “Go and make disciples,” promising to be with us until the very end. Our desire is live out this commission with excellence, love, and purpose, relying on the power of the Holy Spirit to guide and direct our steps.

It is the HARVEST that motivates us in everything we do.

“He said to his disciples, ‘The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.’ ” (Matthew 9:37-38, NLT)

Our Core Values

We are a loving and generous family committed to serving our community and city, making disciples, developing leaders, equipping the next generation to know and serve God, and restoring the broken.

Our Core Values help us fulfill our ultimate mission of reaching the HARVEST. They also guide the decisions we make and the ministries we embark upon. What we say we believe will be realized as we live out who we say we are.

Loving, serving, restoring, equipping, training, developing, and empowering PEOPLE is at the CORE of Who We Are!
